One of the best decisions (if not the best) Jacinta and I have made was contacting Michelle and seeing if your team would be interested in managing our property and helping us get out of the Sterling situation. From that to Brenda and Michelle being by my side every step of the way including being present at the court, and even yourself Leanne with the constant updates about the property especially around defects and advising me on the best course of action. My biggest concern when choosing a property manager was how pro-active the property manager would be and how involved I would need to become. I've always had excellent customer service from PEB, with all concerns (email and phone) answered promptly. They are exceptionally good with explaining things that I do not completely understand which has helped me build trust with them. Also, they're a very friendly bunch of people. Hearing some horror stories from others about other property managers, I'd recommend PEB to avoid all the stress related to property management. PEB has a very competent team that work together to look after your best interests.

We were open to listen to what PEB Real Estate could offer, but to be honest both Antoinette and myself thought" is this another job for the boys"? But after having an appointment with Michelle, we both felt we could trust her. This was particularly important for us in light of the facts that firstly we had never had an investment property before and secondly, the house had taken very long to build and the market had dropped dramatically. Michelle and her team have been excellent to both of us; we appreciate their diligence and help. We have already advised other people to contact PEB Real Estate if they ever want to sell or rent or have their property managed- because they are a trustworthy company that work diligently for their clients. When Antoinette and her sister were looking to sell their mothers house, Antoinette did not want to pressure her sister to use PEB. Her sister wanted to get a couple of other agents in to ask about selling the house. Antoinette shared with her sister how good Michelle is, so her sister was happy to listen. After the meeting with Michelle, Antoinette's sister felt comfortable to use Michelle to sell the house- no other agent was ever interviewed!! The house was put on the market and was sold in a very acceptable time especially considering the difficult market climate and difficulties with other residents!! We would not use anyone else if we had to sell our properties. We are also more than happy to be used as referees for PEB.

After having bad experiences with other companies who looked after my properties I was very wary about getting a new agency to look after one of my properties. PEB had been highly recommended to me by a colleague, so I gave them a try. OMG!! What a difference to have a property manager who is working with you and not against you. Someone who understands that sometimes there are things that can’t be done, and then works with you to find a solution. I am so happy and grateful to have Brenda’s expertise and knowledge to tap into. There are no problems only solutions to be found with this company and their fantastic property managers. Experience does count for a lot in this field. Go for it change to PEB, you won’t be disappointed, no one else compares and if I could move my other property over to them I would. My biggest concern with finding a property manager was not having my property/investment properly represented both when finding a renter and when a renter in in the home that it is looked after. My property manager has always been easily contactable and knowledgeable about issues and suggested actions. I am happy to recommend PEB real estate to manage properties as they operate to the high standard that I expect.

This is our first time having to deal with a property manager and not knowing what to do they have been very helpful providing information for us. PEB gets back to us with the information within a day or two. PEB’s fees are reasonable and the staff are very helpful.

When looking for a property manager, we were looking for someone with a solid reputation and strong policies. Brenda has been very proactive, a good communicator. The rent collection service and reporting is excellent. PEB ticked all the boxes for us. They have a can-do attitude and all the staff are very friendly and pleasant to deal with.
